Upon booking an appointment, we require a credit card on file. Salon prices are subject to change based on client requests and stylists may charge individual prices depending on the service.
A mandatory consultation appointment for new clients are imperative based on the desired service, without exceptions.

For cancellations, please call or email the salon front desk at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Kindly inform our receptionist or your stylist at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you decide to cancel. This allows our stylists the chance to fill those time slots with other clients.
Failure to attend or late cancellations for appointments within 24 hours will result in a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the service charge.
